Consumers can purchase replacement discs for damaged or lost CD's, at a cost of $15.00 for one disc and $25.00 for two disc sets.

- Music Minus One Return Policy
Our goal is to satisfy our customers by exchange, refund, or repair, as outlined in this policy.
As an added convenience for customers, Music Minus One allows you to return an item if item is defective upon receipt with-in 30 days. We will give you a store credit. There is no refund for the Shipping and handling fees. The item must be returned to us with an Return Authorizatoni number on the sending package. This number can be given to you by calling our customer service representatives at 914-592-1188. Although no refunds for merchandise will be made, credit will be issued for future purchases of Pocket Songs or Music Minus One products.
- Guest Checkout
Guest Checkout is a feature on Musicminusone.com that allows you to make purchases from our site without making or using an account. While using Guest Checkout, you will be required to enter the following information: First and last name, year of birth, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, credit card information and an email address where we can send order and shipping notifications. It is very important that the information is accurate. If there is any problem at shipping or charging the credit card for your confirmed purchase we will ne to contact you. This information will not be saved on our site for security purposes and you will have to re-enter it every time you use Guest Checkout.

Delivery & Return Policy
Delivery for online orders
Once you have selected the items you would like to purchase and all items are in you shopping cart you can check out your order. When checking out your order you will be asked for your first and last name, address, phone number and credit card/ debit card information. That will include expiration date and billing address, with the billing name as it appears on the card. Once all of the information has been entered correctly you may proceed with checking out your order. Once we receive the order during business hours, it will be processed and shipped. We have available Express shipping options, Next Day or Second Day shipping through FED-EX. NOTE: Next Day or Second Day Orders must be placed by 2 PM Eastern Standard Time to be shipped that same day. If placed after 2 PM EST, they will ship out on the next available business day. So if ordered on a Friday after business hours the order will be shipped until Monday Morning. If that Monday falls on a holiday then it won’t be shipped until that Tuesday. Additionally, Next Day (Standard Overnight) shipping means the order will be delivered by FedEx on the next business day (or in two business days for Second Day shipping). Business days include Monday through Friday, not including Holidays.

The Musicminusone.com website ships orders to addresses within the 50 states, APO / FPO military addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and overseas.
All listed prices are in U.S. dollars, and we do accept checks or money orders and make them out to Music Minus One. Please do not send cash.

Delivery time for international orders varies by destination. The available options are as follows.
USPS First-Class Mail International Large Envelope - Basic international mail method, via United States Postal Service. Delivery time is typically 3 to 6 weeks.
Priority Mail International - Priority shipping with United States Postal Service. Delivery time is 6 to 10 business days.
Federal Express International Economy - Delivery time 3 to 7 business days.
Federal Express International Priority - Delivery time 2 to 5 business days.
Please note, Federal Express does not deliver to PO Boxes. A physical address must be given for orders shipped via FedEx.
You may be subject to import taxes, surcharges, and duties which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please Note: Only orders that have been shipped by a shipping carrier (companies other than the postal service) can be tracked. Not all orders will be given a tracking status by the shipping carrier. Tracking is not available for orders that have a "Processing" status. "Processing" status means it was sent via USPS therefore not being able to be tracked.
Guest Checkout: If you checked out as a guest, click "Track Orders" at the top right of our site and enter the requested information to track your order's progress.
Important: If you have an account but used Guest Checkout to make a purchase, you will need to sign out of your account to see your gues order's tracking information. After you sign out, click "Track Orders" at the top right of our site and enter the requested information.
- Order Cancellation Policy
Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Order. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
To attempt to cancel your order during processing:
- Sign in to your account.
- Find the order on your main account page. Click the order number to see the order details.
If it is still possible to cancel, you will see a Cancel button on the Order Details page that you can use to cancel your order. If there is no button, the order is already being shipped and cannot be canceled. If an Item Is Missing
Due to varying item availability and warehouse locations, your items may be shipped separately when you place an order for multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments. The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately, and you can use Track Your Orders to see if the rest of your order is on its way. If your shipment arrives and you still have questions about items missing from your order, please contact us and one of our Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you.
If Your Order Didn't Arrive
Most orders can be tracked. If you wish to track an order that you believe is late, go to Track Your Orders. If you track your order and still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us. Please Note: While our Customer Service associates will try to assist, please understand that they do not have any additional information other than what is available from the shipment carrier's website.
If an Item Is Damaged or Defective
We are committed to your shopping satisfaction. If an item you receive from Musicminusone.com is damaged or defective, you can return it to us.
To return or replace an item at a store:
Bring the item you wish to return along with all original packing materials and accessories. If available, bring the packing slip that came with the item. If you do not have the original packing slip, you can print out the Easy Returns Receipt in My Account for the item you are returning.
To return or replace an item by mail:
If you received a damaged or defective item, you can request a replacement by mail. The replacement item will be sent to the original "ship to" address upon receipt of the original item at our Returns Center, pending product availability. Please follow these step-by-step instructions on how to return an item by mail. Items that cannot be returned by mail are listed in the Returns Policy.

- A: It is a compact disc containing a complete performance of the piece by a professional player plus an accompaniment by the orchestra or piano, minus the soloist for your participation.
- Q: Can I still purchase cassette tapes?
- A: Although our cassette tapes were very popular, we no longer have cassette tapes. All of our products are now CDs. So if you have a catalog that has PS cassette products, request a new one.
- Q: If I buy an item online after business hours and request next day air. Will I receive it by the next day?
- A: Next-day air must be done within business hours. If your online order was done on Saturday, it will not be sent out until Monday or which ever the next working business day is.
- Q: Is there a cut off time to make an order?
- A: If you want your order to be sent out on that same day the order must be placed by 4pm.
- Q: Can I purchase individual songs or do I have to buy the whole album?
- A: We have a download website ONLY for our Music Minus One items. For Music Minus One Products you must purchase entire album. For Pocket Songs you can download songs and do not need to purchase the entire album. The website is download.musicminusone.com. The prices range from $10- $22
